Construction Painter

You prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces on residential and hotel sites. The day covers filling cracks, sanding, taping edges, priming and applying two coats with roller, brush and airless gun. You mix acrylic and plastic paints to the shade written on the order sheet, protect floors and joinery before you start, and clean the equipment at the end of every shift. Facade work is done from scaffolding or a mobile platform with a harness. You report to the site foreman, who sets the sequence of rooms each morning. The week runs Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00, and Saturday work is paid separately.

Trade training as a painter or three years on site

Confident with roller, brush and airless spray

Surface preparation, filling and sanding before priming

Comfortable working from scaffolding and a mobile platform

Driving licence for moving between sites around the city

Basic English for product labels and safety signs

Net salary from 967 up to 1064 EUR per month

Permanent contract with full EFKA insurance from the first day

Christmas, Easter and holiday allowances as the law sets them

Materials, brushes, rollers and the airless gun provided

Transport to the sites from the company yard every morning

Extra pay for Saturday work and for facade jobs at height

A painter who learns spray finishing and colour matching moves to crew leader on his own site within two years. The company pays for the training on airless systems and industrial coatings.

Occupied buildings and finished shells, so ventilation, dust extraction while sanding and covered floors are standard. Mask, goggles, gloves, safety shoes and a harness for facade work are supplied.
