Warehouse Operative

You pick orders with a voice terminal, build the pallet by weight and by shop route, wrap it and stage it in the dispatch lane for the right dock. Daily work also covers unloading incoming trailers with a pallet truck, counting the delivery against the note, and reporting damage before the driver leaves. The stock count is every Monday morning. Shifts are 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 on a weekly rotation, and the team leader assigns the aisle at the start of each shift.

Primary schooling, no previous warehouse experience needed

Able to lift 15 kg repeatedly through a shift

Steady with numbers, since picking runs on quantities and codes

Pallet truck experience welcome, the site trains new operatives

Willing to rotate two shifts and work one Saturday a month

Basic English for labels and terminal prompts

Net salary from 1212 up to 1333 EUR per month

Permanent contract after a three month trial

Night and Saturday hours paid at the convenio supplement

Fourteen instalments a year, the two extra ones prorated into the monthly net

Company bus from Legazpi metro at 05:30 and back after the late shift

Operatives who learn the voice system and the reach truck move to forklift work inside the first year, and the site pays the licence course with its practical hours at a centre in Getafe.

A modern warehouse with marked pedestrian lanes, a separate chilled zone at 4 degrees and racking inspected twice a year. Boots, high visibility vest and gloves are mandatory and supplied by the employer.
