Installation Electrician

You install conduit, cable ladder and wiring from the electrical drawing, fit distribution boards, sockets and luminaires, and terminate and label circuits. You measure insulation resistance and loop impedance, complete the test record and hand the documentation to the supervisor before handover. On refurbishment you work live free and take the isolation yourself. Working hours are 07:00 to 16:00 and you report to the installation supervisor.

Electrical trade qualification recognised for work in Sweden

At least five years of installation work in buildings

Reading an electrical drawing and a distribution board schedule

Able to measure insulation resistance and loop impedance and record it

Knowledge of the rules on isolation and working live free

English at conversational level, Swedish taught at work

ID06 card and safety induction, both arranged by the employer

Net salary from 2426 up to 2669 EUR per month

Permanent contract under the installation collective agreement

Electricians who obtain Swedish authorisation take on their own jobs and sign off the documentation, and the firm trains its supervisors from among its own installers.

Building sites in the shell stage and finished premises later, with ladders, scaffold towers and work above head height. Helmet, arc rated clothing, eye protection and safety shoes are mandatory and supplied.
