We are looking for a CNC operator to work on modern 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines producing precision components for the automotive and aerospace industries. Karlovac, a stable company with 30 years of tradition.
About role
Operating CNC milling machines Heidenhain TNC640 and Siemens Sinumerik 840D, producing series and prototype parts. Setting up clamping, measuring with caliper and micrometer, correcting offsets when needed. Following process sheets and reporting deviations to the production lead. Three-shift schedule (3x8) with 50% night premium. Opportunity to work on a new DMG MORI machining center after 6 months.
Who's a fit?
Completed mechanical or technical secondary school
Minimum 2 years working on CNC milling machines
Knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens controls
Reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T
Experience with measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, depth gauge)
Basic English for reading technical documentation
Accuracy, responsibility and team spirit
