Our boutique hotel in Vlore is looking for professional waiters for the restaurant and sea-view terrace. Become part of a young team serving an international mid-to-high-end clientele. Friendly atmosphere and great tip opportunities during the season.
About role
The waiter will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner at a 60-seat restaurant with sea views. Duties include taking orders via POS, serving dishes and beverages, preparing tables for incoming guests, following service standards and communicating with the kitchen. Communicates with guests in Italian, English or German depending on skills.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 1 year experience as waiter
Basic communication in Italian or English
Professional appearance and correct manners
Ability to carry 3-4 plates simultaneously
Basic knowledge of wines and beverages
Ability to work under pressure during season
Availability for 8am-3pm or 6pm-12am shifts
