Our premium restaurant in Saranda with sea views is looking for experienced cooks for the 2026 tourist season. We work with Italian, German and British customers. Part of a professional team led by an Italian chef in an energetic atmosphere. Competitive pay and free accommodation.
About role
The cook will prepare Mediterranean and Italian dishes in a kitchen serving 80-150 covers per day during the season. Duties include preparing cold and hot dishes, sauces, fresh fish and homemade pasta. Maintains station hygiene, follows HACCP standards and works closely with the chef and service team.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 3 years experience in professional kitchen
Knowledge of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine
Ability to work at high pace
