Production & Manufacturing — Pitești, Romania
P-341 · Basic (A2) · 12 openings
Werklist is hiring assembly operators for an automotive plant in the Pitești industrial park. You build wiring harnesses, dashboards, and door modules on a moving line. No prior experience needed, the line leader trains you in the first two weeks.
About role
You work on an assembly line producing components for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. Tasks include fitting parts by hand, using pneumatic screwdrivers and torque tools, scanning barcodes, and confirming each step on a station screen. Cycle time is fixed, so you keep pace with the line and flag any defect to quality control. The plant runs three shifts on a weekly rotation, Monday to Friday, with Saturday only when production is behind. You stand most of the shift and rotate between two or three stations to spread the load.
