Rebar Worker

You read the rebar drawing, cut and bend bars to size, and place and tie the cages and mats before the pour. You work with the formwork crew on columns, beams and floor slabs and keep the cover and spacing to the drawing. Bar bending machines and cutters are on site, hand tying is daily. Sites run one day shift, six days possible in busy periods with paid overtime. You work in a fixed brigade with a foreman who sets the daily task and checks the work before concrete.

Experience as a steel fixer or rebar worker on construction sites

Reads rebar drawings and bar bending schedules

Operates bar cutting and bending machines

Confident with hand tying and placing cages and mats

Works safely at height and in trenches, uses fall protection

Physically fit for outdoor work in all seasons

Basic (A1/A2) English is enough, Bulgarian on site

Net salary 1120-1340 EUR (10% above market average)

Permanent contract, salary paid on time every month

Paid overtime and weekend work in busy periods
