You set out the wall from the drawing, build in aerated block and in brick, keep the course level and the corner plumb and leave the openings at the stated size. You mix or take the mortar, place the lintels and build in the sleeves the services need. At the end of the day the section is cleaned and the scaffold is cleared. You report to the site foreman and take the daily task from him. Work runs 07:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday, with Saturday paid separately when it is worked.

Trade school in construction or equal practice on site

At least three years of masonry in block and in brick

Reads a floor plan and sets out a wall from it

Confident with a spirit level, a plumb line, a line and a trowel

Able to work at height on a scaffold with a harness

Basic English for material labels and site signs

Willing to work a Saturday during a pour or a deadline week

Net salary from 1000 up to 1100 EUR per month

Permanent contract with insurance from the first day

Food vouchers of 100 EUR per month

Saturday paid separately at the legal overtime rate

Company van from the yard to the site every morning

Paid course for work at height and for the scaffold certificate

Helmet, harness, work clothing, gloves and safety shoes provided

A residential site with tower crane deliveries, a scaffold with boards and a guard rail, a site cabin for breaks and a container for tools. Helmet, harness, gloves and safety shoes are mandatory and are supplied by the employer.
