Industrial Cleaner

You scrub and degrease production floors, machinery and loading bays inside warehouses and food-processing plants around the Seville area. Most of the work runs on the early shift, roughly 6am to 2pm, with a rotating Saturday every few weeks. You will handle scrubber-driers, high-pressure hoses, mops and industrial detergents, so you spend the day on your feet and moving. Some tasks mean kneeling to reach under conveyor belts or climbing a small platform to wipe down racking. At the end of each shift you log what was cleaned and flag anything that needs maintenance. The pace is real but the team is small and you always know what the day looks like before it starts.

You start at 1320 euros net a month. After you have learned the machines and the sites, usually within the first year, pay moves up to 1520 euros net for cleaners who run the equipment well and train newcomers. From there the next step is shift lead.

The sites are warehouses and food plants, so expect cold rooms in some, warm and humid air in others, and plenty of noise from machinery. You work as part of a crew of three to five and rotate across a handful of nearby locations. Floors get wet and slippery during cleaning, which is why the safety routine matters.
