Furniture Production Worker

You will work on the production line building case goods and solid wood furniture, mostly cabinets, tables, and wardrobe parts. The day runs on a panel saw, edgebander, and a router, with hand sanding and assembly in between. You cut panels to size, glue and clamp joints, fit hinges and drawer slides, and check every piece against the drawing before it moves on. Shifts are two-shift rotation, roughly 06:00 to 14:00 one week and 14:00 to 22:00 the next, Monday to Saturday. The hall is heated in winter and dust extraction runs at every station. Expect to be on your feet and to lift panels with a coworker.

Experience cutting and assembling furniture or joinery

Start at 840 euro net per month. Once you handle a station on your own and keep the quality up, pay moves to 970 euro net, usually within the first year. Workers who learn the machines well can train into a line lead role later.

The plant is a mid-size furniture workshop on the edge of Novi Pazar, the kind of place where everyone knows the work and the pace is set by the orders. It is loud near the saws, so ear protection is standard, and the floor stays clean because dust extraction runs all day. The crew is small enough that a new person gets shown the ropes properly.
