About role
Handle check-in and check-out, manage bookings and room allocation in the PMS, take phone and email reservations, and settle guest bills accurately. Answer guest questions, arrange transfers and local tips, coordinate with housekeeping on room status, and handle complaints with a level head.
Who's a fit?
At least 2 years on a hotel front desk. Fluent English (C1) since most guests are foreign, a second language is a real plus. Confident with PMS and booking systems, accurate with cash and cards, and genuinely warm with people. You keep your composure through a full lobby.

Promotion terms
