Waiter

You take orders, carry food and drinks, set and clear tables, and handle card and cash payments at the till. The restaurant runs two shifts, morning from 07:00 to 15:00 and evening from 15:00 to 23:00, rotated weekly across a six day week. Peak service is dinner on the terrace in July and August, when the room fills every night. You work alongside a head waiter and kitchen staff who brief you each shift. Accommodation near the hotel is arranged for workers coming from outside Budva. The season runs from May to the end of September with a signed seasonal contract.

Waiters who finish the full season are invited back for 2027 with priority and a higher base rate. Strong performers can move up to head waiter for the next season.

An open terrace restaurant by the sea, busy and loud through the summer evenings. The floor team is small and works close together every shift.
