Work the land for an established fruit and vegetable producer in the Ulcinj plain. Outdoor work, a steady season, and an employer that treats the crew right and pays on time.
About role
Plant, tend and harvest field and greenhouse crops by hand: weeding, pruning, picking, sorting and packing produce for market. Help with irrigation lines, load crates, and keep the rows and greenhouses tidy. Follow instructions on safe handling of fertilisers and plant-protection products.
Who's a fit?
No formal qualification needed. You are fit for outdoor physical work in the sun, willing to learn the tasks, and reliable through the season. Basic English (A1/A2) is plenty. A driving licence or tractor experience is a welcome plus but not required.

Promotion terms

Work environment
Open fields and greenhouses in the fertile Ulcinj plain near the coast. Early starts in summer to beat the heat, crews of 12 to 15, and a crew lead in each block. Hot Mediterranean climate, shaded breaks, drinking water and sun protection on hand.
