Build formwork for an infrastructure and housing contractor working across the north of Montenegro. Steady projects, modern panel systems, and a crew that knows its job.
About role
Build, set and strike formwork for foundations, columns, walls and slabs using timber and modern panel systems. Read drawings, set out accurately, brace and align the forms, and check levels before each pour. Strip and clean panels after curing and prepare them for the next section.
Who's a fit?
At least 3 years building formwork on real sites, comfortable with both timber and panel systems. Reads simple drawings and works to a set-out. Basic English (A1/A2) helps on mixed crews. Strong and steady for heavy lifting, work at height and cold mountain winters.
Benefits
Health insurance, paid vacation per Montenegrin law, and a hot-meal allowance on site. Overtime paid at the legal rate, transport to the site provided, and a productivity bonus on milestone delivery. Full PPE and winter work gear supplied.
Promotion terms
