Construction Site Foreman

Run day-to-day work on a residential site: plan the daily schedule, assign crews and subcontractors, track materials, and keep the build on programme and within tolerance. Read drawings, hold quality and safety checks, log progress, and report to the project manager. Make sure work meets the design and EU safety standards.

At least 5 years on building sites, with 2 years leading crews. Reads construction drawings fluently and understands the trades, sequencing and basic site costs. Good English (B2) for documentation and foreign clients. Calm under pressure and firm but fair with the crew.
