About role
Read isometric and workshop drawings, prepare and fit steel sections, and weld to standard using MIG/MAG and MMA on beams, frames and brackets. Check fit-up and weld quality, grind and finish seams, and work to EN 1090 execution requirements for structural steel.
Who's a fit?
Certified welder with at least 3 years in structural or mechanical fabrication. Valid MIG/MAG and ideally MMA qualifications, able to weld to a WPS. Reads technical drawings confidently. Functional English (B1) for documentation and safety briefings. Fit for work at height and in confined spaces.

Promotion terms

Work environment
Steel fabrication hall in Niksic with overhead cranes, welding bays and fume extraction. Two-shift system, a fabrication team of around 20, and a focus on quality and traceability. Hot work, proper ventilation, strict PPE and weld-test culture.
