Construction Mason

Lay brick and block, build and plaster walls, pour and finish small concrete elements, and read basic construction drawings on residential and commercial sites. Set out work accurately, mix mortar to spec, and keep your section level, plumb and clean as the structure goes up.

At least 3 years as a mason on real sites, with a feel for level and plumb. Able to read simple drawings and work to a set-out. Basic English or German (A1/A2) helps on mixed crews. Comfortable working at height with proper fall protection and through hot summer days.

Health insurance, paid vacation per Montenegrin law, and a hot-meal allowance on site. Overtime paid at the legal rate, transport to the site provided, and a productivity bonus when the build hits its milestones. Full PPE supplied.

Path: Mason → Lead Mason (after 12 months) → Site Foreman (after 24 to 36 months). The company pays for scaffolding, work-at-height and site-safety certificates, and backs masons who want to move into supervision.

Active residential and commercial sites around Podgorica with scaffolding, tower crane and modern formwork. Daytime shifts, crews of 8 to 12, a foreman on every site. Hot, dry continental summers, so work starts early and breaks are scheduled around the heat.
