Bartender (Seasonal)

Mix classic and signature cocktails, pour beer and wine, and keep the bar moving through busy evenings. Manage stock and garnishes, handle cash and card payments accurately, and keep the bar area clean and well stocked. Build rapport with regulars and walk-in guests alike.

At least 3 years behind a busy bar, with real cocktail knowledge. Fluent English (C1) since most guests are international, another language is a plus. Fast hands, a good memory for orders, and a calm head when the bar is three deep.

Health insurance, staff accommodation near the promenade, a meal per shift and tips pooled and paid weekly. Paid vacation per law plus a strong season-end bonus. Travel covered for staff coming in from outside Herceg Novi.

Path: Bartender → Senior Bartender (after one season) → Bar Manager (after 2 to 3 seasons). The venue funds advanced mixology and barista courses, and the bar manager helps shape next year's drinks menu.

Open-air seafront lounge with an indoor bar and a long terrace over the water. Evening and night shifts in season, a bar team of 5 to 6, music and a busy summer crowd. Warm coastal nights, shaded bar, well-organised back bar.
