Join a busy seaside hotel group on the Budva Riviera for the 2026 season. Strong tips, a real team, and a chance to come back every summer with a bigger role.
About role
Serve guests in the hotel restaurant and on the terrace during the peak summer season. Take orders, carry plates and drinks, set and clear tables, recommend dishes and local wines, and handle billing on the POS. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar so service stays smooth even when the terrace is full.
Who's a fit?
At least 2 seasons of restaurant service behind you. Confident English (B2) for foreign guests, a second language is a plus. You stay calm under a full house, you are on your feet through long shifts, and you know how to read a table. Knowledge of wine and cocktails is welcome.

Promotion terms
Clear path: Waiter → Senior Waiter (after one full season) → Shift Lead (after 2 to 3 seasons), with a head waiter track for the right person. The hotel funds sommelier and service courses between seasons.
Work environment
Four-star beachfront hotel with an indoor restaurant and a large sea-view terrace. Split shifts in high season, a service team of around 15, and a fast but friendly floor. Hot Adriatic summers, so the terrace is shaded and staff areas are air-conditioned.
