Industrial Cleaner

Clean and sanitize production halls, machines, offices, and shared areas to the client's hygiene plan. Operate scrubbing and pressure-washing machines, manage waste separation, and refill consumables. Follow safety rules around running equipment and handle cleaning chemicals correctly with the right protective gear.

No experience needed, we provide training. Reliable, thorough, and able to work on your feet through the shift. Care with cleaning chemicals and safety rules. Willing to work early or late shifts as the site needs. No English required.

Indefinite contract after probation, with all contributions paid. 20 days of paid annual leave. Stable, predictable shifts. Work clothing, gloves, and protective equipment supplied. Meal allowance, transport contribution, and a punctuality bonus.

Path: Cleaner → Senior Cleaner with machine duties (after 9 to 12 months) → Cleaning Team Lead for a site (after 24 months). The company funds safe chemical-handling and machine training, and team leads earn a higher monthly rate.

Production halls and offices of client companies around Skopje. Early-morning, day, or evening shifts in small teams of 4 to 8. Clear cleaning routes, marked chemical storage, and basic safety training for working around machinery.
