Production Line Supervisor

Lead a production line across the shift: plan staffing, set priorities, and keep output, quality, and safety on target. Track KPIs, run shift handovers, solve line stoppages with maintenance, and drive small continuous-improvement projects. Make sure the team works to IATF 16949 standards and reports issues quickly.

At least 5 years in production, including 2 in a lead or supervisory role. Strong on planning, KPIs, and people management. Familiar with lean tools and automotive quality standards. English (B2) for reporting and work with international management. Ready for shift work.
