Forklift Driver and Warehouse Operative

Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move pallets across the warehouse and yard. Pick and stage orders, scan goods with a handheld terminal, and put away stock into high racking. Check loads for damage, keep aisles clear, and run a daily forklift safety check.

Valid forklift license and at least 1 to 2 years of driving experience, reach-truck experience preferred. Careful, organized, and comfortable with a warehouse management system. Basic English (A2) for scanner menus and labels. Able to handle a fast pace on two shifts.

Indefinite contract after probation, full contributions paid. 20 days of paid annual leave. Overtime at the legal rate and a night-shift supplement. Work clothing and safety boots provided. Meal allowance, transport contribution, and a monthly performance bonus.

Path: Forklift Driver → Senior Warehouse Operative (after 12 months) → Shift Coordinator (24 to 30 months). The company funds reach-truck and warehouse-system training, and shift coordinators earn a higher grade.
