Construction Mason

Lay brick and block, build load-bearing and partition walls, and plaster surfaces to project specifications. Read simple construction drawings, mix and apply mortar, check levels and verticals, and prepare surfaces for finishing trades. Work follows the site plan and the lead engineer's instructions.

At least 3 years of masonry experience on real sites. Able to read basic drawings and work to measurements. Reliable, punctual, and fit for physical outdoor work in changing weather. Comfortable on scaffolding. No English required.

Permanent contract with all contributions paid, not day labor. 20 days of paid annual leave. Overtime and weekend work paid at the legal rate. Work clothing, boots, and protective equipment supplied. Daily meal allowance and transport to sites around Skopje.

Path: Mason → Lead Mason (after 12 months) → Site Foreman for a small crew (24 to 36 months). The company pays for scaffolding and site-safety certificates, and gives priority on higher-paid finishing and facade work.

Active construction sites across the Skopje area, mostly outdoor work with seasonal heat and cold. Day shift in crews of 6 to 10 led by an experienced foreman. Safety briefings before each phase, with mandatory helmets, harnesses, and secured scaffolding.
