Sewing Machine Operator

Operate industrial single-needle and overlock machines to sew garment parts to pattern. Work to set quality and measurement tolerances, trim threads, and pass finished pieces to quality control. You will follow the production plan for the day and keep your workstation tidy and safe.

Basic sewing experience is welcome but not required, we train beginners. Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination, plus the patience for repetitive precision work. Ability to sit at a machine through the shift. No English needed.

Indefinite contract after probation, with all social and health contributions paid. 20 days of paid leave per year. Daily meal allowance and organized transport for staff outside the city. Piece-rate bonus on top of base pay and paid public holidays.

Growth track: Operator → Skilled Operator on complex models (after 10 to 12 months) → Line Quality Checker or Group Leader (after 24 months). Faster, accurate sewers move up sooner and earn higher piece-rate tiers.

Spacious, heated and well-ventilated sewing hall with modern machines and ergonomic chairs. Single day shift, Monday to Friday, in production groups of 20 to 30 people. Calm pace with regular breaks and a supportive shift supervisor.
