Automotive Assembly Operator

Assemble wiring harnesses and mechatronic components on a moving production line, following standard work instructions and torque specifications. Perform visual and functional quality checks, label and pack finished parts, and report any defects to the line leader. The line runs to IATF 16949 automotive quality standards, so attention to detail matters on every unit.

No prior experience needed, full on-the-job training provided. Good manual dexterity, steady hands, and the ability to stand for a full shift. Willingness to rotate across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Basic numeracy for reading counts and labels. English is not required for the role.
