A construction company in Varna is hiring steel fixers and formwork carpenters for new residential projects. Steady work along the coast, a solid crew, and pay for people who know reinforcement.
About role
Build formwork and tie reinforcement for concrete structures on site. You will read reinforcement drawings, cut and bend rebar, tie cages, set and strip formwork panels, and prepare sections for the concrete pour. Work follows the build sequence and the structural engineer's specs.
Who's a fit?
At least 3 years on formwork and reinforcement. You read reinforcement drawings and work to the structural plan. Able to handle physical work outdoors all year. Basic English (A2) is helpful but not required. Comfortable working at height with proper protection.

Live residential building sites around Varna near the coast. You work in a crew of 10 to 15 with experienced lead hands. Outdoor work in all weather with strict rules on helmets, harnesses, and edge protection.
