Construction Site Foreman

Run the day-to-day on the construction site and keep the project on schedule. You will plan the work, coordinate trades and subcontractors, check that work meets the drawings and EU building norms, manage materials, and enforce site safety. You report progress to the project manager and solve problems on the ground.

At least 5 years on construction sites, with 2 of them leading a crew. You read full construction drawings and know the build sequence. A construction or civil engineering background is preferred. Working English (B1) for documents and suppliers. Ready for early starts and an outdoor job in all weather.

Clear track: Foreman → Senior Foreman on larger sites (after 12 to 18 months) → Site Manager (30 to 36 months). The firm funds safety coordinator and project planning certifications.

Active building sites across Sofia, from residential blocks to commercial fit-outs. You lead a crew of 20 to 40 workers plus subcontractors. Outdoor work in all seasons with a firm focus on helmets, harnesses, and daily safety checks.
