Support a leading Italian outsourcing agency in Rome. Stable office role handling payroll for 300+ employees across multiple clients. EU-standard benefits and clear career ladder.
About role
Prepare monthly payroll for client employees using Italian payroll software (Zucchetti / TeamSystem). Handle CU, F24 filings, contribution calculations (INPS, INAIL), and respond to employee queries. Coordinate with labour consultants and external tax advisors.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience in Italy. Knowledge of CCNL, INPS and tax law fundamentals. Proficient English (B2) and fluent Italian. Detail-obsessed, process-oriented, strong with numbers. Zucchetti software experience strongly preferred.
