Lead cleaning crews for a well-run facility services company across sites in Bologna. Indefinite contract, a team that counts on you, and a clear route to area supervisor.
About role
Organise the daily cleaning of offices and industrial sites: assign tasks, set the round, check quality against the client's standard, and manage supplies and machines such as scrubber-driers. You train new staff, handle small client requests on site, and keep safety data sheets and records in order.
Who's a fit?
At least 3 years in professional cleaning, with experience leading a small team. Knowledge of products, surfaces and cleaning machines. English at B1 for international client sites. Driving licence useful for moving between sites; available for early or evening starts.

Promotion terms

Work environment
You move between client offices and industrial sites around the city. Crews of 5 to 10 per site, mostly early-morning or evening rounds. Practical, people-focused role with clear safety rules on products and machines.
