About role
Tend crops under glass and tunnel: planting, pruning, tying, harvesting and sorting produce, plus basic irrigation and greenhouse upkeep. You follow the agronomist's plan, handle produce with care to protect quality, and keep the greenhouse and tools clean. Work follows the rhythm of the crop and the season.
Who's a fit?
No experience required; you learn on site. Fit for physical work in a warm greenhouse and able to keep a steady pace. Basic Italian for instructions; English at A2 is welcome. Reliable, with availability across the season.
