Join the floor team at a busy e-commerce distribution centre near Padova. No experience needed, paid training, and a quick route to a forklift licence and higher pay.
About role
Pick orders by voice or scanner, pack and label parcels, replenish picking locations and help with receiving. Check quantities, handle goods with care, and keep your zone clean and safe. Steady targets, clear instructions and a team that helps you learn.
Who's a fit?
No experience required; full training provided. Able to walk and lift for the full shift. Basic Italian for instructions; English at A2 is a plus. Open to two shifts and occasional peak-season overtime.
Benefits

Promotion terms
Clear path: Picker → Forklift Operator with employer-paid licence (after 6-10 months) → Zone Referent (20-24 months). Internal training on the warehouse system included.
