About role
Move pallets with counterbalance and reach trucks, load and unload trailers, put away and pick stock, and confirm movements on the handheld terminal. Check goods against documents, report damage, and keep your aisle and the truck in good order. You work to set departure windows in a fast warehouse.
Who's a fit?
Valid forklift licence (patentino) and at least 2 years driving in a warehouse, reach truck included. Comfortable with a handheld scanner. Basic Italian and English at B1 for documents and the WMS. Available for two shifts and some Saturday mornings.

Promotion terms
Path with timeframes: Forklift Operator → Reach Truck and inbound referent (after 12 months) → Warehouse Team Lead (24-30 months). Employer renews the forklift licence and funds a WMS course.

Large modern warehouse with wide aisles, clear traffic lanes and separated pedestrian routes. Two-shift system, teams of 10 to 15 operators per shift, strong focus on forklift safety and speed limits.
