About role
Preparation of dishes per standardized A la carte menu recipes. Working on all stations (grill, sauté, garde manger) per schedule. Mise-en-place before service and workstation cleanup. Shelf-life control and proper FIFO storage. Adherence to HACCP standards and hygiene protocols. Communication with waiters and the head chef.
Who's a fit?
Completed culinary school (preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen
HACCP standards knowledge and sanitary book
Skills across multiple stations (grill, sauté)
Speed, organization, and cleanliness
Functional English (B1) for international menus
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
