Kitchen Helper

You wash pots, plates and service ware, keep the machine loaded and the racks moving, and change the water and the chemicals when the cycle asks for it. In the quiet hours you peel and cut vegetables, portion the garnishes and carry deliveries to the store. Floors, drains and bins are cleaned at the end of every shift and the cleaning is signed on the sheet. Shifts are 08:00-16:00 and 15:00-23:00, with two free days a week.

Finished primary school

A first job in a kitchen is possible, training is given

Helpers who learn the preparation list move to the cold section and then to the hot line. The house pays for the catering course at the school in Nis.
