Construction Electrician

You set out the circuits from the single line drawing, chase and fix conduit, pull cable and mount boxes floor by floor. In the second fix you terminate sockets, switches and luminaires, wire the distribution board to the schedule, label the ways and measure insulation resistance and continuity before the board is energised. Every circuit you close is signed onto the test sheet. The site works 07:00-15:30 from Monday to Friday, with Saturday paid separately when a handover is close.

Trade certificate in electrical installation

Qualification under vyhlaska 250/2021 Sb., at least paragraph six

At least two years of first and second fix on building sites

Basic Czech or English for site instructions and the test sheet

Net salary from 1162 up to 1278 EUR per month

Electricians who take the higher qualification under vyhlaska 250/2021 lead the testing and the handover paperwork on their own site, which carries a fixed supplement.

New build sites with a lift in service from the third floor, temporary lighting on every level and a heated container for breaks. Helmet, insulating gloves and safety boots are mandatory and issued by the employer.
