Construction · Osijek, Croatia
JB-567 · Functional (B1) · 2 openings
A structural contractor in Osijek builds reinforced concrete frames for halls, schools and apartment blocks across Slavonia. Two places for a working lead carpenter who runs a formwork crew of five, with a permanent contract and a company van.
About role
You set out and build wall and slab formwork in a panel system, most often Doka, and you lead five carpenters while you work with them. Your day starts with the drawing and the pour plan: you mark the axes with a level and a tape, decide the panel layout, set the props and ties to the stated spacing, then check verticality and the diagonals before the reinforcement goes in. You sign the crew's timesheet, order the next set of panels, and walk the formwork with the site engineer before every pour. Work is 07:00-15:30 with paid Saturdays in the pour season.
