Cleaner

The site is an office complex of three buildings in the Fasanenhof business park in the south of the city, cleaned by a team of eight. Your round starts in the sanitary areas: toilets, basins and fittings are cleaned and disinfected, soap and paper refilled. Then come the offices: bins out, waste sorted in the collection room, desks and meeting tables wiped. Corridors and the entrance hall are done with a scrubber dryer, carpets with a brush vacuum. You keep to the hygiene plan and the dosing chart and sign the cleaning record on each floor. Work runs in one late shift, Monday to Friday 15:00-23:30. You report to the team lead.

Completed schooling, no trade qualification needed

Cleaning experience in offices, hotels or care homes is preferred

Able to run a scrubber dryer after the paid induction

Reliable on a fixed late shift from Monday to Friday

Discreet in offices where documents are left on the desks

After the six month trial period, cleaners who run the scrubber dryer and the single disc machine on their own and stand in for the team lead during holidays move to 2200 EUR net a month.

Three connected office buildings with lifts, a supply room with a dosing station on each floor and a machine store on the ground floor. Gloves, slip resistant shoes and work clothing are supplied, and safety glasses are worn when decanting concentrates.
