Metal Assembler

You assemble pump and valve units at a bench from a build sheet and a parts kit, using a torque wrench to the stated setting and fitting seals and gaskets in the right order. Each unit is pressure tested, the reading is written on the test card and the serial number is registered. Parts that do not pass go to the rework bench with a fault note. The day is 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday and you report to the assembly leader.

Completed compulsory schooling, no trade certificate required

Some experience of assembly, vehicle repair or similar hand work

Able to read a build sheet and an exploded parts drawing

Confident with a torque wrench and hand tools

Careful with seals, threads and cleanliness of parts

Steady hands and patience for repeated precise work

Basic English for the build sheets, which are in English

Net salary from 2114 up to 2325 EUR per month

Permanent contract under the engineering collective agreement

Daytime hours Monday to Friday with free weekends

Assemblers who master the full build move to final testing and service work, where the workshop repairs returned units and needs people who know the product from the inside.

A dry assembly hall at room temperature with height adjustable benches, tool boards and local lighting at each station. Safety glasses and safety shoes are mandatory and gloves are available at the test rig.
