Truck Driver CE

You take the tractor and the trailer from the base, check the tyres, lights, coupling and load security before departure and record the walk around. Loading and unloading is at customer docks, and you check the pallet count and sign the transport document. Driving and rest times are kept on the digital tachograph, and refuelling and tolls are on the company card. Runs are normally three to five days with the weekend at home.

CE driving licence, driver qualification card and a tachograph card

At least one year of international or regional truck driving

Able to secure a load with straps and to use a pallet truck

Careful with driving and rest times and with the tachograph

Willing to spend three to five nights a week on the road

Basic Lithuanian, Polish, Russian or English at loading points

Net salary from 1750 up to 2000 EUR per month

Open ended contract with social insurance from the first day

Daily allowance for nights abroad paid on top of the wage

Tractor units under five years old with a fridge and a bunk

Company fuel and toll card, no personal advances

Twenty working days of paid annual leave

Paid renewal of the driver qualification card and the medical

Drivers who hold a clean tachograph record for a year move to the fixed Poland rotation with a set schedule, and later to the mentoring seat for new drivers, which carries a supplement.

A transport base with secure parking, a driver room with showers and a workshop for the fleet. Work is outdoors at the docks in all weather. A high visibility vest, gloves and safety shoes are mandatory and are supplied.
