We are looking for an experienced waiter for a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Dubrovnik. Join a team that has held a Michelin recommendation for eight years running, working at the highest hospitality standards.
About role
Serving guests to fine dining standards, mise-en-place preparation before service, recommendations from a wine list of 200+ labels. Communication with the kitchen via POS, billing and reservation management. Participation in weekly menu tastings and training on Croatian wines. Intensive seasonal work May to October, with full-year contract option.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience, fine dining preferred
Active English (B2), Italian or German a plus
Wine knowledge, WSET Level 1+ preferred
Ability to work under pressure in a full restaurant
Professional appearance and communication
Willingness to work weekends and holidays during season
HACCP training preferred
