About role
You will work the hot or cold line in a five-star hotel restaurant kitchen. Prep ingredients and mise en place according to Chef's recipes. Execute dishes during service with speed and consistency. Maintain HACCP standards and ingredient traceability. Cooperate with the sous chef and service team for smooth flow and impeccable plating.
Who's a fit?
3+ years experience in a professional kitchen
Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine
Hotel or quality restaurant experience
HACCP certification
Functional English (B1)
Flexibility and stamina during peak hours
