Experienced waiter wanted in Mykonos for the 2026 season at an internationally recognized boutique hotel and beach club. Excellent salary, generous tips, and accommodation on the island that never sleeps.
About role
You will serve international guests in the restaurant, beach bar, and pool during the tourist season. Present menus, recommend wines and cocktails, take orders via POS. Maintain HACCP standards and complete mise en place before every shift. Coordinate with the kitchen and sommelier for flawless service flow. Support hotel events and private functions.
Who's a fit?
2+ years experience in 4-5 star restaurant
Fluent English (B1+) - required
Knowledge of wines and cocktails
Experience with POS systems (Micros, Oracle)
Impeccable presentation and customer service
Shift flexibility (lunch/evening)
Second foreign language (asset)
