Production Operator

The operator works on automated lines that produce rubber seals, hoses, and molded parts for the automotive industry. You feed material, set basic line parameters, monitor the vulcanization press, and remove finished parts. You run visual and dimensional checks with a caliper and gauges, mark defects, and keep the production log. Work is in three shifts, Monday to Saturday, in a plant that supplies Tier 1 buyers across the EU. The pace follows the line, so steady attention and clean handover between shifts matter.

Finished primary or secondary school

Experience on a production line or machine, ideally rubber, plastics, or metal

Reading basic work orders and line parameters

Use of a caliper and simple measuring gauges

Willingness to work three shifts and Saturdays

Physically fit for standing work and lifting up to 15 kg

Basic English for machine labels is a plus

Net salary 890-1070 EUR (10% above market average)
