A four star beach resort east of Heraklion needs housekeepers for the May to October season. You clean and prepare guest rooms across the property and keep public areas in order. Staff accommodation and two meals per shift are provided.
About role
You service between 14 and 18 rooms per shift, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities and reporting any damage to the floor supervisor. Work runs on a six day week with one rotating day off, mostly morning shifts from 8:00 to 16:00. During changeover days the pace is high because departing and arriving guests overlap. You follow the resort cleaning checklist and use the trolley and products provided. The role suits people who are quick, thorough and comfortable on their feet all day.
Who's a fit?
Physically fit, able to stand and move for a full shift
Attention to detail in cleaning and room presentation
Reliable timekeeping and a six day seasonal commitment
Basic English to read checklists and greet guests
Able to lift linen bundles and push a service trolley
Previous housekeeping experience welcome but not required

Promotion terms
Staff who complete a full season cleanly can return as floor supervisors, with a higher rate and responsibility for a team of housekeepers. The resort fills supervisor roles from its returning seasonal staff first.

You work alongside a fixed housekeeping team under a floor supervisor, with a clear room list each morning. The resort is busy through summer, so shifts are steady and the workload is predictable.
