Industrial Cleaner

You clean production halls, machine surfaces, warehouse floors and staff areas across factory and workshop sites around Velenje. Most of the work is on a two-shift rotation, mornings one week and afternoons the next, with the odd Saturday when production runs long. You use ride-on and walk-behind scrubber driers, high-pressure washers, industrial vacuums and hand tools, plus degreasers and other chemicals that you measure and mix to the sheet. Part of the job is wiping down machinery between runs and clearing metal swarf, dust and oil so the line stays safe to work on. You log what you clean and flag spills or damaged equipment to the shift lead. Boots, gloves and the rest of the kit are handed to you on day one.

After the first months you can move up to a team role and take on dosing, machine checks and training new starters. Pay rises with that step, from 1240 net at the start toward 1430 net once you run a section on your own. The shift leads here came up the same way.

The sites are working factories and warehouses, so it gets loud and dusty and the floors can be wet after a wash down. You move between heated indoor halls and colder loading bays through the shift. The crews are small and you know who you work with.
