About role
Cutting beef, pork, and poultry per EU standards. Working with professional knives, blades, and saws (Bizerba). Portion preparation for retail counter and hospitality. Vacuum packing and packaging meat for storage. Quality and freshness control per HACCP. Maintaining workplace and tool hygiene.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 2 years experience as a butcher
Skill in pork and beef cutting
HACCP standards and sanitary book
Knowledge of Bizerba equipment
Physical stamina and precision
Basic English (A1/A2) for EU regulations
