About role
Preparing dough for breads, pastries, and rolls per recipes. Working with Diosna professional mixers and Miwe bakery ovens. Weighing ingredients, fermentation, and shaping dough. Baking products and oven temperature control. Packaging finished products for stores and customers. Maintaining workspace hygiene per HACCP standards.
Who's a fit?
Minimum 1 year experience in baking
Knowledge of industrial mixers and ovens
Sanitary book and HACCP basics
Willingness to work night shifts
Physical stamina and precision
Basic English (A1/A2) for recipes
Reliability and punctual attendance
