You read the cutting list, take the panels off the saw, edge them on the bander and drill the fittings on the line borer to the drilling plan. Assembly is done on the bench: dowels, confirmats and hinges, then a check for square and for a flush front. Solid wood parts are planed, sanded through the grits and finished with lacquer or oil in the spray booth. You mark every finished element with the job number and load it on the rack in fitting order. The workshop works 07:00-15:00, Monday to Friday, with fitting days planned in advance.

Joiners who can set out a kitchen from the measurement sheet lead their own fitting team within two years, and the workshop pays for the spray finishing course.
