A distribution centre in the Logatec logistics zone is taking on warehouse workers for the autumn peak. The centre picks small electrical goods for stores across the region, works two shifts, and offers a nine month contract with a real option to extend.
About role
You pick orders from pallet and shelf locations with a hand terminal: scanning the location, taking the stated quantity, scanning the article and confirming the line. Picked goods go on a roll cage, get wrapped, carry the route label and are staged in the dispatch lane. Between picking waves you receive incoming pallets, check the quantity against the delivery note, report damage with a photo and put the pallet away with a low lift truck. Stock counts run on the last Friday of the month. Shifts are 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 with a weekly rotation, under the shift leader.
